Lisa L. Sheppard

I am a wife, mother, and multitasking queen. I reside in the South Suburbs of Chicago. I was blessed with a gift at an early age of monetizing my passion and my purpose, becoming one of Chicago’s leading stylists. I have been in the salon industry for over 20 years and a salon owner for over a decade with the primary focus of “When you look your best, you feel your best”. I am perpetually grateful for my gift of transformation. From coordinating events to grooming, I love that I can create a look and ambiance my clients love and can be proud of, all while encouraging one another to be the best versions of ourselves. My salon motto has always been “Balance and Beauty”. Creating a balanced lifestyle ensures a beautiful destiny. It is now time to enhance my purpose and create a blueprint you can customize to prioritize your own self awareness.

Balance and Beauty is a socially conscious organization that is defining the future of female leadership by bridging the gap between mindful behavior and intentional living. Our mission is to inspire, cultivate, and empower adolescent girls and women.
